Review Draft Plan
The draft Plan can be downloaded and reviewed here. The Planning Commission will hold a workshop to review this draft, and the public will be invited to a meeting to review the Plan on May 26th at 6:00 pm. Council will then hold three meetings, including a public hearing, this Summer. Council will hold the First Reading and Public Hearing on June 15th at 7:00 pm.
Public Drop-In Meeting
A public drop-in meeting was held on Thursday, April 24, 2025 at the Ray W. Hopkins Mauldin Senior Center. Attendees were able to review background information, ask questions, and provide input related to the Comprehensive Plan.

Comprehensive Plan Kickoff Meeting
On February 25th, 2025 the Comprehensive Plan process was officially kicked off! The project consultants met with the Planning Commission to discuss the purpose of the plan, the project timeline, and share some initial background information.
